API will create a customized screening package that meets the needs of your business. Available searches and validations include:

Social Security Number Trace, Geographic Address Locator

Verifies that the Social Security Number provided by the applicant was issued by the Social Security Administration, and that it is not listed in the files of a deceased person. This trace also indicates names and addresses associated with the number's use. Provides a historical record of residences.

Employment Credit

Report reveals how financially responsible the applicant has been and reports excessive debt, lawsuits concerning credit, etc.

State Driving Records

Shows arrests and convictions for driving while intoxicated, a history or reckless behavior, and whether the license is valid. This search may uncover applicants with substance abuse and other behavioral problems.

Federal District Court Search for Civil and Criminal Records

Searches the Federal District Court of residence and employment for criminal and civil records.

State Criminal Record Search

Not available in all states. Reports convictions entered into the state criminal record system.

County Criminal Records

Criminal records searched in each county throughout the United States. If requested, copies of court complaints and dispositions can be obtained for an additional charge. Counties of residence and employment will be searched.
